Coach Todd
Coach Todd's journey in martial arts began in his early teens when he started training in Isshinryu Karate-Do under the guidance of Gary Castanza at Universal Martial Arts Academy. Under Gary’s mentorship, he was introduced to Zen Sekai Goshin Jitsu, a unique blend of Japanese Jujitsu and Aikido. After Gary’s passing, Todd continued to refine his skills in this style, laying the foundation for his diverse martial arts career.

Upon relocating to Clearwater, Florida after high school, Todd trained with John Ingram at Ingram’s Okinawan Karate-Do. John, a traditional Karate-Do Master and top-ranked professional Kickboxer, played a pivotal role in Todd’s transition into competitive martial arts. It was here that Todd first began competing in various tournaments, blending Kickboxing strategy with his martial arts foundation.
Coach cammie
Cammie's path to boxing wasn’t a straight line, it was a passion that lived quietly for years before finally stepping into focus.

Growing up, boxing was always in the back of her mind—something about the sport’s discipline, intensity, and rhythm resonated. But it wasn’t until after graduating college, feeling unmotivated by traditional gym workouts, that Cammie decided to try something different. She walked into a boxing gym—and never looked back.

Since that first class, Cammie has dedicated herself to the sport with intention and heart. Training every single day most weeks, she’s committed to refining her craft and preparing for her debut in the amateur ring. She has worked with many fighters in the community, from experienced MMA fighters to local professional boxers.

Coach DAVID
David Watz will say he found boxing late in life but has since fallen in love with the sweet science and art that boxing entails and looks for the opportunity to share that with others.

Initially, David had done the typical gym and lifting weights since he was a teen with on and off periods that we often see as years pass. Looking for something different he began boxing at a club and liked the level of fitness it offered while not begin mundane. As each drill is something different, teaching a new skill set or honing one. He joined Momentum Boxing at the beginning of our journey and found the coaches and members inviting and motivating. He looked for opportunities to grow with us.
