how do i get started?

1. Reach out to either Coach Todd (716-697-2065) or Coach Cammie (716-935-0167) to schedule your first class or a private lesson.

2. Option 1 Start Classes: If you decide you are ready to just try a class, again let one of us know when you plan to attend so we can be looking for you. Please arrive about 15 minutes early so we can get you everything you need to start class and we can show you the gym.

3. Option 2 Private Lesson: If you would prefer to ease in, we offer a free first-time private lesson. Again same here, just schedule with us in advance so we can block out a time that works best for you. This can be one to one, you and a friend, or even a small group. What we do is take you through about a 30-minute class to provide all the basics and allow you to try a few of the drills or exercises you will experience in your first class.

4. Plan to wear normal work out clothing, with any version of a laced sneaker (no Hey Dudes or Crocs, thank you!), and a water bottle.

5. Once you arrive at the gym, we will provide you with either loaner boxing gloves that best fit you or you can purchase a brand new pair of RDX Gloves for $30. We will also provide you with a pair of boxing wraps and show you how to wrap your hands and wrists.

6. Prior to the start of class, we will ask you to complete a simple profile page through gymdesk which is our student information system as well as a standard liability waiver. Both will take less than 5 minutes to complete.

7. Lastly, get ready to enjoy the most fun work out experience you have ever encountered! Classes run for an hour with a 10-minute warm up and a 10-minute cool down at the end. Classes run on a 3-minute timed round, with a 1-minute break in between each.  Classes will vary from individual activities to a great deal of partner work.
